• Where is my order?
  Orders without perishable items: All order's placed with minosimports.com will be shipped with-in 24 hours of when the order was placed.  On some occasions items are on back order.  If this is the case, then your order will be shipped 24-48 hours.  If we are unable to get your product in stock, we will first attempt to notify you by phone.  If we do not get through our second attempt is by email.
  Orders with perishable items: All order's placed with perishable items included will be shipped with-in 24 hours.  We recommend ups 2nd day air or next day air service.  We always use our best judgement when shipping perishable items.  We try hard not to ship perishable items that will sit over the weekend in the UPS wharehouse.  Perishable items are almost never shipped out on Thursday's or Friday's.  For more questions feel free to email us at minosimports@yahoo.com or feel free to chat with us on msn messenger or yahoo messenger.
• Items is out of stock?
  Occasionally items are out of stock.  This is do to our distributors overseas.  All items are updated daily on our website.  There is no need to contact us about a product that is out of stock.  All information regarding an item is on the product page.
• How can i get a discount?
  All users that have ordered with us in the past will get our special discounts.  Discounts are usually sent out by email on a monthly basis.

• Items Broken or Missing?
  All packages received with damaged/Broken or Missing items must be reported within 24 hours of being received.  To receive Refunds on Broken or damaged items we must get a pictures of the damaged products via email at minosimports@yahoo.com
